The same cold brewed coffee we've used in our five Sorbenots shop locations since 2023, now packaged into a single serving that can bring you good coffee, wherever you need it. 

Brewed with 100% Colombian coffee and cold water, our freeze dried, single-serve packs are  convenient and shelf stable for several years. This product dissolves within seconds to hot or cold water with no residue, and because it is cold brewed, it has much lower acidity than coffee brewed with hot water. Through our unique production process, this coffee has all the convenience of instant coffee without compromising on quality or taste.

• We currently deliver to destinations within the United States. All deliveries are made via FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight and will vary accordingly.

• Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding United States Federal holidays.

• No expedited shipping is offered.

• Orders will be shipped within 3 full business days of the order.

• PO Boxes may only be delivered via USPS.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (excludes order shipped via USPS for standard postage rates)

• In lieu of shipping, Pick-Up can be selected as a delivery method, to be delivered within two weeks to the Sorbenots' location of your choosing. See Pick-Up policy for more information.

• There is no charge for delivery via pick-up, as the order will be delivered with regular deliveries of supplies to Sorbenots locations. As such, orders may be ready as quickly as day-of (such as the Baker City location being close to the Sorbenots Warehouse), but may take up to two weeks.

• Eligibility for order pick-up is calculated based on the order's zip code in proximity to a Sorbenots location in Oregon (Hermiston, Pendleton, La Grande, Baker City, and Ontario).

• Orders made for a zip code outside of the area will not see Pick-Up as an option. If this seems to be a mistake, please reach out to orders@sorbenots.com

• Orders will be delivered within two weeks to the designated Sorbenots location, and a confirmation email will be sent indicating that the order is ready for pick-up. The order will remain for two weeks before being returned to the Sorbenots warehouse.

• Orders can be received by providing your name or order confirmation at the drive-thru or walk-up, and an employee will bring your order out.
