We will gladly accept unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment, minus appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. You can expect a refund within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return in its original condition. Packages must be returned prepaid. Returns will not be accepted at Sorbenots locations.
