Pick-up information:

- Eligibility for order pick-up is calculated based on the order's zip code. If you are close to a Sorbenots location but "Coffee Shop Pick-Up" isn't seen as a delivery option, please contact us by emailing mail@sorbenots.com

- When selecting "Coffee Shop Pick-Up" as the delivery option, please designate which Sorbenots location you'd like your order sent to via the "add note" section.

- You will receive an email notification when it has arrived at your preferred pick-up location, anywhere from a couple of days to two weeks, depending on our delivery schedule, and it can be received by providing your name at the drive-thru.
