Pick-up information and policy:

- Some zip codes allow for orders to be picked up at our shops. If you are close to a Sorbenots location but "Coffee Shop Pick-Up" isn't seen as a delivery option, please contact us through Wix.

- When selecting "Coffee Shop Pick-Up" as the delivery option, please designate which Sorbenots location you'd like your order sent to via the "add note" section.

- You will receive an email notification when it has arrived at your preferred pick-up location, anywhere from a couple of days to around a week depending on our delivery schedule, and it can be received by providing your name at the drive-thru.
